I celebrated a first this week, and wanted to share it with you all. Firsts only happen once, after all.

Last fall, thanks to a community on Substack, I connected with Molly Coyne, who publishes a newsletter called The Learning Curve. This newsletter shares letters written by women about womanhood, and is a "place to share our understandings, joys, and learning through stories." I've loved and deeply appreciated the stories I've read through TLC, from women across the United States. They make me feel a little less alone.

When Molly and I connected, she invited me to submit my own letter to The Learning Curve. An invitation I quickly accepted.

I'm thrilled to share that that letter was published this week - the first time one of my essays has been published somewhere else.

It's a first I won't soon forget.

You can read my letter here.

I also hope you give The Learning Curve a follow - I think you'll enjoy the letters as much as I do.

Thank you, Molly, for inviting me into the TLC community and for sharing these heartfelt letters. It's humbling and inspiring to be part of this beautiful community.
